Terms of service

Last updated 26 October 2026. These terms are a starting point — have them checked for your business before you rely on them.

1. The service

ShopBooks is online software for shops to record sales, orders, stock, purchases and accounts. We provide it "as is" and keep improving it.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your shop's users and passwords and for everything done with them. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.

3. Free trial and payment

New shops get a free trial. After it, the shop continues on the plan you choose once your payment is confirmed. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice. Payments are not refundable for a period that has already started.

4. If you stop paying

After the grace period your shop is paused: nobody can use it except to pay or download a backup. We keep your data for at least 90 days after a shop is paused, then we may delete it after telling you by email.

5. Your data

Your data belongs to you. We do not sell it or share it, except where the law requires. You can download a full backup at any time. See the privacy policy.

6. Fair use

Do not use the service for anything illegal, to send spam, or to break or overload it. We may suspend a shop that does.

7. Connections to other services

Daraz, your website, couriers and payment apps are run by other companies. We are not responsible for their service, fees or changes to their systems.

8. Liability

We work hard to keep the service running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 3 months.
