What we keep

About the shop owner: name, email, mobile number and city, and the payments you send us. Inside your shop: whatever you and your staff enter — products, customers, orders, suppliers and accounts.

How it is kept apart

Each shop has its own separate database. Other shops cannot see your data. Backups are made every day and kept for 14 days.

What we use it for

To run the service, to send you messages about your account and payments, and to help when you contact support. With your permission our support team may open your shop to fix a problem; this is recorded.

Who else sees it

Nobody, except the services you connect yourself (Daraz, your website, couriers) and our hosting provider, which stores the data for us. We do not sell data.

Your choices

You can download your data at any time and ask us to delete your shop. Contact ShopBooks.
