Questions shop owners ask
Is my data safe? Can other shops see it?
Every shop gets its own separate database — no other shop can ever see your products, orders or accounts. Your data is backed up automatically every day, and you can download a full backup yourself at any time.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. It works in the browser on phones, tablets and computers. The phone camera can scan barcodes for packing, returns and stock counts.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa. Pay from the Subscription page in your account and attach the screenshot; we confirm it within working hours.
What happens if I don't renew?
After a short grace period the shop is paused — nobody can make new sales in it, but nothing is deleted. Pay any time to continue where you left off, or download your backup.
Can I bring my existing products and Daraz orders?
Yes. Import products from a CSV or Excel file, and past Daraz orders and products from the Seller Center export files.
Can my staff use it with limited access?
Yes. Add users as cashier, dispatch, accountant or manager — each sees only what their job needs.
